Translations updates and add-on for HTML tables

Two translations were upgraded into v2.4 of GuppY :
- Spanish, thanks Jerol
- Slovak, thanks Pavol
PetitFurby proposes us an add-on made especially for GuppY, which he named GuppY HTML optimizer. This tool (for PCs running Windows) formats the HTML tables so as their first line is displayed correctly on the first line of an article (more information here)..
