I trasnfer with FTP all the files of unzipped download to my site www.xristianoi.gr but when I clicked the url i took the message 403 FORBIDDEN . Nor I have access to my admin area. Only changed my favicon icon to my site to guppy!

I dont know what happen. Do you can help me? Maybe I try to reinstall while i delete all files before? Thank you. I am from Greece. I have used free guppy before many many years with success. I like to have the same experience again!
