Hello. The code for calculating the date for the easter seems to be wrong by a week. Am I wrong. Trying to make Guppy 5 work in the Danish language.

You change from old files version to UTF-8 by using an Editor, as PSPad, and from there you just change the the format to UTF-8, replacing the old $charset (iso-8859-1) with UTF-8, if such line is in the file, save the file and You are done.

Hi Michael. Thanks for the help. I´m using "your" old language files for translating. The da-web.inc (all lines to 5.03) and da-special.inc is complete with Skærtorsdag.
I´m using Notepad. Its doing the job.

PS: Notepad formater ikke tegn til UTF-8, som PSPad gør, og PSPad er et gratis Editor program, som også kan hjælpe dig med de filer som indeholder een lang tekst streng.

I have placed the translated files on my test site. It seems that skin "skin5-guppy2014" make some trouble showing the download message. No problem with no-skin. What is the difference between banishment and blacklisting for a better translation. There is not a tool that can rewrite the skin from 4.6 to 5.0 ? Best Regards and thank you for all the fun. René

I've downloaded your inc/lang files. Thanks very much ; after they have been checked, they will be put here.
Colours incompatibilities between text and lay-out may occur quite often ; then the only thing to do is try and adjust colours in the skin.
There is not tool to adapt plugins; 5.0 structure is too different from 4.6. Plugins have to be re-created. http://ghc.freeguppy.org/articles.php?lng=en&pg=546&mnuid=463&tconfig=0

- er det baggrunden i download boksen du mener skulle være problemet ?
På dansk bruger man "at banne" eller "bannet" for banishment og blacklist(ing) er bare at "sortliste".
Nej, skin skal bygges fra bunden, ingen mulighed for auto konvertering fra 4.6 til 5.0
- men Jeg kan se du arbejder på Gunnars hjemmeside (hils ham fra Michael), og der er i det skin jeg lavet til ham for 1000 år siden, sådanne set kun "canvas" baggrundsbilledet der har betydning, så det er det du skal placere som baggrund i f.eks. no-skin, som udgangspunkt.

PS: Jeg har lavet et skin der matcher det gamle skin, du kan se det her !
- giv mig besked hvis du vil have det, så kan du selv lave de sidste tilrettelser.
