Get a GuppY 5.0 website on a USB Flash drive of "GuppY's tenth anniversary"

Starting on July Saturday 05 2014, freeGuppY Association
offers a 8 Go  USB flash drive "GuppY's tenth anniversary" for every site actually running on the web with GuppY 5.0 version. This offer is limited to the first 50 registered candidates and to one flash drive per person.

Only requirements:

You must register on this form that will be thoroughly filled in.

Any incomplete form will be refused. Any site running on the GuppY 5.0.x bundled demo database will not be accepted.
The operation will be cancelled without notice as soon as the number of 50 flash drives is reached.
