It is a session problem. Try to delete cookies relating to your website in your browser.
The most important is to update the version of Guppy is still in 5.00.11 and 5.01.01 switch to using the cumulative patch at: http://www.freeguppy.org/fgy5dn.php?lng=en&pg=259919&tconfig=0
This patch is a security patch, so important.
Respect the instructions given in the announcement of the patch.
Before patching, do not forget to do a full backup on your hard drive.
Once the patch loaded, install it with the install function in admin.

I cleaned up the cookies and i tried 3 different browsers..The result is same..
And now i am trying to update the 5.01.01..
I will share the results..

Due to failed connection to Admin panel, I couldn't update the patch.
I have to fix that session problem as I understand.
Can you help me more please ?

Before contacting the web host iPage, you have to look if sessions are active in phpinfo parameters.

To do this it would go to the admin, after editing the file admin/admin.php like this:
- opens the file using a text editor like notepad ++
- you put comments in lines 32-45 included, you put /* at the beginning of line 32 and line 45 you end with */
- access to the admin should now be possible.

You then go to Generalities / About the bottom of the page click on "Show details". Search the "session" and checks the status of "Support Session", it must be "enabled".

If it does not, you can contact iPage support.

thank you, now I am able to reach to admin panel. But in Generalities / About section , I couldnt find Details and sessions ..Is it necessariy ?
But in credits i saw your name ..Thank you very very much.. Is there anything to do more ? Do I have to re-edit to admin.php again?

and i applied the latest update and maj_configmob and maj_index. But the skin of the website seems changed like a mobile website.I know it seems like I am bothering you but it is an education website and students are waiting for it
