The former GuppY international network has proved obsolete for all or part of the following reasons and cases:
- Site inactive
- Site vanished
- Official website not respecting the copyright of GuppY
- Webmasters who spend their time criticizing the project GuppY
- Not active and direct collaboration in particular with regard to the direct transmission of updates to language files.

The GuppY Team decided to remove the approval of these sites and to delete their privileged links on freeguppy.org.
Guppy was born in France in 2003. Sites around the world who can identify with the charter that has been updated, can endorse it and then be included in the official resources of the GuppY Team.
To do this, webmasters who are concerned should usethe contact form available on translations.freeguppy.org.
Their applications will be reviewed within a reasonable time and a response will be sent.
