Convening the Annual General Meeting of the Association freeGuppY 2012-2013

Hello everyone,
The AGM of the Association freeGuppY is called for Friday, December 7, 2012 in accordance with our rather special bylaws, which are available on the association website: http://asso.freeguppy.org/
The AGM will of course be opened to all in a specialised forum on the site mentioned above, but only members up to date with their subscriptions shall have the right to vote and this for a period of fifteen days until Friday, December 21, 2012 included.
Members who have not renewed their subscription fees are invited to do so if they wish to vote at the AGM and/or be a member of the association or the Board. New members are also welcome.
With regard to the AGM, the right to vote is immediate upon receipt of payment and registration by the Treasurer. As it is possible to pay via Paypal, the transmission of payment of the fee can be very fast.
The unusual length of the AGM is explained by the complexity of managing our association as it is run entirely on the internet because AGM, Board Meetings and other office meetings cannot be held physically due to geographical dispersion of its members or potential members.

- Approval of the minutes of the last AGM
- Financial report by our Treasurer Yves (Papinou) and request for approval of it.
- Report and moral activity by the outgoing President (yours truly) and request for its approval.
- Publication of results of elections to the Council of the association freeGuppY
- Publication of results of elections of the President and Board Office by the Council.
- Transmission of the presidency to our new President and installation of the new CA.
- The word and the objectives of our new President
