To upgrade from 6.00.17 to 6.00.18, you apply the non-cumulative GuppY 6.00.18 patch.

To upgrade from version 5.03.03 to version 6.00.18, you must follow the migration procedure described in this article.

A la lecture de cette réponse, j'ai finalement trouvé mon erreur... 

En réalité, elle remontait à l'étape2: Lorsqu'il a fallu rapatrier le contenu de mon site dans le dossier créé dans WAMP, au lieu de mettre tous les fichiers et dossier à la racine du dossier "monsitev5amigrer", j'ai mis le dossier de mon site! Le problème venait de là puisque après avoir tous déplacé et supprimer mon dossier, la migration s'est faite sans encombre.

Pour les étourdis comme moi, il faudrait peut être rajouter à la fin du 1er chapitre de l'étape 2: "attention à bien mettre tous les dossiers et fichiers A LA RACINE du répertoire "monsitev5amigrer", et non pas le dossier contenant le vrai nom de votre site!
