Hello,
After upgrading from 5.00.11 to todays my modded theme doesn't work very well, instead of showing main contents right of the screen it is under the side menu.I read that there where changes but can't seem to find out what, can someone tell me where to look?

This is a classical problem after an update from 5.00.11 and above.
