This patch is not really a safety patch.
It is intended to prevent insane people from polluting the forum and the guestbook with message of several megabytes. Messages which cause decelerations of the site concerned which can go until its stop.
• This patch limits the size of the messages to a reasonable value avoiding the risk of "flood".
